Meet Tom
Tom is a highly experienced Lead Educator for Alter Ego Italy luxury hair colour and styling products. With his exceptional expertise in the industry, he frequently travels to the company’s head office in Italy for training sessions. He then brings back the latest techniques and colour theory knowledge to share with salons across the UK.
Tom specialises in natural looking hair colour, using the Baby-Lights Highlighting technique and Classic Balayage. He is also an expert Hair Cutter. Again specialising in soft cuts that complement each client. He believes that a haircut should look great when you leave the salon, but also in six weeks when you return. If he is not with clients, Tom is either teaching across the UK or attending courses to make sure he is up to date with the latest techniques.
Tom was a L’Oreal ID Artist for two years after being accepted onto the programme. He had the opportunity to present in hair shows around the UK, attend training events hosted by the industries top stylists and even travel to Barcelona twice for workshops.
Tom has also completed the L’Oreal Professional Colour Specialist Degree programme with a 98% distinction. This is the most advanced hair colouring course that L’Oreal offer and entails 15 Days of education with practical and written assessments in London.

Emma Victoria
Emma Victoria first started hairdressing in 2009 and completed her NVQ 2 and 3 whilst training at Umberto Giannini along side Tom.
Emma Victoria has continued to work in the hairdressing industry as a freelance, part time stylist for the past ten years. Emma has now joined Tom Syed Hair Spa as a full time stylist and has completed intensive up-skilling with Tom, creative courses in London and is working towards being a certified Beauty Works hair extension specialist.
Emma Victoria has always had a passion for hair styling and loves making clients feel confident and beautiful. She loves working on long bouncy blow dries, creative cuts and total transformations.

She has attended several courses across the UK. Emma has always had a passion for hair colour and is always looking out for new techniques and formula’s to ensure her clients receive the best results.
As a dedicated colourist, Emma is open to all colours but specialises in brighter, more vivid coppers and reds, she also loves bright, icy blonde hair. With her experience she is able to tailor a colour service to your hair, always putting your goals at top priority whilst looking after the condition of your hair.

Meet stacey
Stacey has been in hairdressing for 20 years. She has a wealth of experience and a large loyal clientele.
Stacey has a real passion for hair cutting. She is amazing at short, textured crops, soft bobs and loves creating bouncy blowdries. Stacey is known for creating a bespoke haircut for each client, she is great at seeing what length and shape will suit you.
Stacey also loves natural hair colour. You will often see beautiful glossy brunettes as well as soft honey blondes being created in her section. She loves to chat with clients and find out exactly what they want from their hair style.
